its just hit me that its the second last day of 2009!! its also hit that the year has gone by sooo fast and quick! its like yesterday was the first day of 2008! ill be reflecting this last decade, all the fun, or *crazy* times ive had if you live in my world!! :)

this is an amazing dish that i had yesterday for dinner, alothough it uses a lot of vinegar - dont judge a dish by its.. sound?! lol
note it says pork, you can use this with chicken or any other MEAT!
